Public Notice of Administrative Rulemaking

In accordance with Section 12 of the Model Legislation, as adopted in all 24 EMS Compact Member States, the Interstate Commission for EMS Personnel Practice will convene to consider the adoption of proposed rules.

Public Comments:

The Commission invites the public to submit written comments regarding the proposed rules.

• Deadline: All comments must be received prior to 3:00 PM ET on February 14, 2025.

Educational Session:

The Commission will host an educational session to provide an overview of the proposed rules. The date and time of this session will be announced in the coming weeks.
