EMS Compact State Laws
The Recognition of EMS Personnel Licensure Interstate Compact (REPLICA) must be enacted into state law by each participating state using the approved model legislation. Once enacted, the Compact becomes state law, compact law, and a binding contractual agreement among all Member States. This section provides a complete list of the individual state statutes as enacted, representing each state's legal adoption of the United States EMS Compact.
