Report Complaints or Compliance Issues

If you are an EMS clinician licensed by a Compact Member State and encounter challenges or difficulties utilizing your EMS Privilege to Practice in another Compact Member State, we encourage you to report the issue. By completing the incident report form, your case will be reviewed by the EMS Compact staff.

In many cases, our staff can assist by providing education and guidance to employers or state officials on the relevant state law and the functioning of the EMS Compact. We are committed to ensuring that all EMS clinicians can practice seamlessly across Compact states under the Privilege to Practice provisions.
