About Mississippi’s EMS System

EMS Compact Legislation
In Mississippi, the REPLICA legislation was signed into law on March 20, 2017, effective July 1, 2017. This made Mississippi the ninth state to enact the EMS Compact. Commissioner Williams was seated to the Interstate Commission for EMS Personnel Practice at the inaugural meeting on October 11, 2017.
